It has been brought to our attention that House of Brides has been advising its customers that Alfred Angelo is having production or delivery problems. Please note that Alfred Angelo is not having production problems and is not having shipping problems. If any consumers have been told such information, it is untrue. House of Brides ceased to be an authorized dealer for ALFRED ANGELO ® products as of August 12, 2011.
Alfred Angelo production and shipping continues as usual and its products remain available for ordering from any authorized dealer. A current list of authorized dealers is available on the Alfred Angelo website at www.alfredangelo.com.
Thanks for posting this. I had this problem with House of Brides. Nine weeks after placing my order – after requesting a delivery date – they told me that AA had informed them the dresses wouldn’t arrive by my wedding date! I filed a BBB complaint and they maintained their story. After seeing this blog, I know they have been lying to me this whole time because I placed my order after August 12th.
