Introducing our Alfred Angelo bride of the month, Sam!
Sam and her husband Austin met in college. “My junior year, his senior year, he knew we had a class together, and he strategically planned his seating so that he would have an open seat on either of him on the first day of class,” Sam recalls. “He invited me over a few times, made me pancakes, baked me a cake on my birthday and a few months later, we started dating."
Sam chose Style 880 for their fall wedding. "I thought it almost looked like a flower from the back,” she says. “A lot of my friends have gotten married - and I have some weddings coming up - and I haven’t seen a single bride wear a dress like mine, which makes me love it even more."
On October 13, Sam walked down the aisle at The First Baptist Church of Manchester-By-The-Sea with her father by her side. "I think one of the most special moments of the day was when my dad first saw me,” Sam says. “I am so close to my dad and we both just cried - it was so touching.” After a beautiful and personal ceremony, the celebration continued at The Cruiseport in Gloucester, Massachusetts.
“I wanted to keep my wedding classic and formal,” says Sam. “The linens were white, flowers were stunning, and there were candles everywhere.” After an interactive food station dinner, surrounded by ocean views and their cherished friends and family, Sam and Austin danced the night away. "It was the happiest night of our lives,“ says Sam.
The next morning, the newlyweds jetted off to their honeymoon in St. Lucia.
Thank you so much for sharing your big day with us, Sam!
